Max is one of the driving forces behind our After Sales department, juggling orders, invoices, and all the juicy follow-up questions that come with them. But don't let the spreadsheets fool you — Max brings heart, humour, and a whole lot of fetish flair to everything they do. A lover of all things dark and delicious, Max first found their way into the Mister B world through the community, choosing pleasure, play, and passion over the ordinary.

What sets Max apart? Their obsession with E-Stim. As a proud consensual sadist, Max knows exactly how to push the right buttons — literally and figuratively — and will happily rave about the electrifying potential of our favourite shock toys.

Allen is one of the friendly voices behind our Customer Service desk, and his mission is clear: to keep people smiling. With a solid background in warehouse operations and logistics, he brings a rare combo of practical know-how and customer-first charm to the team. Whether he's resolving an issue, guiding a purchase, or laughing about the time we accidentally shipped a hand scanner instead of a sex toy (oops), Allen always finds a way to connect with people.

First drawn to Mister B by that iconic logo during a holiday in Amsterdam, Allen now embodies what we stand for — knowledge, approachability, and a good dose of mischief. Off-duty? You’ll likely catch him serving aces on the tennis court. On-duty? He's your go-to for service with a smile — and maybe a little sass.
